How we are building responsibly →

Transparency & readiness

Hope needs honest ground.

Hope Blue Sky is committed to building carefully. This page explains what is true today, what is planned, and what must happen before the initiative asks for money or represents a program as active.

A clear starting point

What we can say with confidence today.

Hope Blue Sky is a youth-led initiative in development, guided by Quinn Zhang in Jericho, New York. The site presents a vision for practical community support and student opportunity. It does not currently claim a legal nonprofit or public-charity status, tax-deductible gifts, completed fundraising, verified beneficiaries, formal partners, or active payment processing.

That distinction matters. Trust should not depend on polished language alone; it should come from accurate descriptions, clear controls, and a willingness to wait until the proper structure is in place.

Before a fundraising campaign can go live

  • Confirm the entity, person, or organization legally permitted to receive and manage funds.
  • Consult qualified legal, tax, and payment professionals about charitable solicitation, donor acknowledgments, and privacy requirements.
  • Set up verified payment accounts, including clear PayPal and Zelle recipient details if those options are used.
  • Publish the campaign purpose, responsible party, funds-handling process, donor communications, and refund approach.
  • Maintain records that support any impact figures, project updates, or financial disclosures.
Public reporting, when applicable
